The presence of specific functional group were analysed by IR spectroscopy, The determination of structure for the synthesized compounds by NMR and Mass spectroscopy 13C NMR, 1H NMR, FAB Mass. All the synthesized compounds showed significant antihypertensive activity. 摘要

本研究合成了一些苯并咪唑衍生物(2-{6-氯-5-硝基-1-[2-(1h -四唑-5-基)联苯-4-甲基]1h -苯并咪唑-2-基}-苯基)-(取代苄基)胺,并对其抗高血压活性进行了筛选。4-氯-邻苯二胺与邻苯甲酸在多磷酸和不同芳醛类化合物的存在下缩合。用红外光谱分析了合成产物中特定官能团的存在;用核磁共振、质谱、13C核磁共振、1H核磁共振、FAB质谱对合成产物的结构进行了测定。所有合成的化合物均表现出明显的降压活性。关键词:苯并咪唑;抗高血压;4-chloro-o-Phenylenediamine;联苯四唑;血压。
