For synthesis of these composites, Polyaniline using different amounts (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 wt %) of the Fe2O3 with oxidant ammonium persulphate have been used. Temperature dependent dc conductivity measurement is done in temperature range upto 120°C using Mott’s model.
