From isolate bacteria only Aeromonas hydrophila catch our attention, because of their metallo Beta lactamase production and alimentary and clinical impact. This finding confirmed our hypothesis that natural environment could be colonized by multidrug resistant bacteria especially to carbapenem antibiotic who may be induced by mutation or horizontal gene transfer.
