The mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties were measured in dependence of treated & untreated fiber as well as filler content. Composite with HEA grafted jute fiber and coir pith (15 wt%) exhibited maximum improvement in the above mentioned properties. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated the thermal stability of composites due to effective hybridization. 摘要

本文研究了乙烯基酯即双酚a -缩水甘油酯(BisGMA)与2-羟乙基丙烯酸酯(HEA-10% w/w)接枝黄麻纤维和不同比例的氢氧化钠(5% w/w)处理过的树皮杂化复合材料的制备和性能,并对其进行了表征。测定了经处理和未处理纤维以及填料含量对纤维力学性能和动态力学性能的影响。HEA接枝黄麻纤维和椰髓的复合材料(15wt %)对上述性能的改善最大。热重分析表明复合材料的热稳定性是由于有效的杂化作用。研究发现,复合材料的腐蚀和进水性能可以忽略不计,从而使面板在潮湿和腐蚀条件下的耐久性更长。
