摘要

细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles, EVs)作为一种新型的旁分泌/自分泌和远程信号通路，几乎参与了肿瘤发生、发展、转移和耐药的整个过程，对肿瘤的诊断和治疗有很大的启发。ev具有作为血液或尿液生物标志物的巨大潜力，可用于癌症的诊断、预后和监测。由于其巨大的临床应用价值，近年来电动汽车成为癌症研究的热点。因此，本文就ev生物标志物在临床肿瘤诊断中的优势、进展和技术挑战进行综述。关键词:细胞外囊泡;肿瘤生物标志物;早期发现癌症
