In this work, dynamic QoS evaluation for Web services are based on DEA. Proposed methods could be used to analyze real-time status of Web services. DEA-based service performance evaluation is implemented by a multi-objective model, and DEA-based service QoS evaluation is implemented by a multi-objective model with critical real-time status performance. Both models are effective depending on particular argument and validation.
