This research uses quantitative methods. QRIS Payment Respondents at BSI KC Sibolga 50 Merchants using nonprobability sampling. This study used Path Analysis data processing techniques assisted by the IBS SPSS Statistical 25.0 Application. The results of this study indicate that overall for each partial test it says the value α <0.05 in the path analysis test also says there is a direct and indirect effect on each variable that is linked through variable Y and also simultaneously shows that there is a variable that influences the use of QRIS and Customer Satisfaction influences the MSME Business Development. 摘要

本研究旨在检验印尼标准快速反应支付系统(QRIS)的使用对中小微企业业务发展的影响分析,通过客户满意度作为干预变量(BSI)在KC Sibolga。本研究采用定量方法。BSI KC Sibolga 50家商家的QRIS支付受访者使用非概率抽样。本研究采用路径分析数据处理技术,辅以IBS SPSS统计25.0应用程序。本研究的结果表明,总体而言,对于每个部分测试,它说路径分析测试中的值α <0.05也表示通过变量Y链接的每个变量存在直接和间接影响,同时也表明存在影响QRIS使用和客户满意度影响MSME业务发展的变量。根据计算得到的f值为9.275,显著值为0.001 <0.05。
