The percentage of polymorphic bands ranged from 77 to 100. Primer 856 produced the highest number of bands, while the lowest was generated by primer 845. 摘要

背景:山楂(山楂)用于园艺和药用。目的:利用ISSR (Inter Simple Sequence Repeats)分子标记技术对伊朗山楂属5种植物的亲缘关系进行评价。方法:采用811、827、834、845、856、868 6条引物进行PCR反应,并根据Jacquard’s相似系数计算遗传相似度。结果:6条引物共产生79个产物,其中多态性71个(89.9%),平均每个引物有13.1个条带。多态带的比例在77 ~ 100之间。引物856产生的条带数最多,引物845产生的条带数最少。ISSR标记的Jacquard相似系数在0.164 ~ 0.337之间,表明伊朗山楂属植物间存在较大的遗传变异。结论:本研究为确定该属植物的种间关系提供了重要的数据,并有助于制定植物育种策略,提高该属植物的药用价值。
