The technique utilized in this study is a quantitative strategy. The strategy was utilized to examine the sample of 36 respondents. The data were analyzed to obtain the correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. t-test, and F test with the SPSS for Windows 22 aims to test the hypotheses. The findings imply that there is a significant impact of Working Safety on the Achievement of Working Targets. While the variable of Working Comfort has an impact on the Achievement of Working Targets. 摘要
本次审查旨在测试工作安全和工作舒适性对PT Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Gasing Palembang生产部工作目标实现的影响。本研究中使用的技术是一种定量策略。该策略被用于检查36个受访者的样本。对数据进行分析，得到相关系数和决定系数。t检验和F检验用SPSS for Windows 22的目的是检验假设。研究结果表明，工作安全对工作目标的实现有显著的影响。而工作舒适度这一变量对工作目标的实现有影响。由此可以推断，在PT Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Gasing Palembang生产部，工作安全和工作舒适对工作目标的实现有显著的影响。关键词:安全生产;工作舒适;工作目标的完成情况
