The change of the control limit line according to moving range was analyzed and it was effective to apply K = 3. Use of the inverse displacement and x-MR control chart method will be useful for the prediction of abnormal behavior through quick and objective judgment. 摘要

本文通过现场模型试验,分析了边坡在破坏过程中的行为。采用逆位移和k值的x-MR控制图法进行分析。结果,在案例1边坡失稳前4分钟,该前兆得到确认。分析了控制极限线随移动范围的变化规律,表明K = 3是有效的。利用逆位移法和x-MR控制图法,通过快速客观的判断,有助于异常行为的预测。利用控制图法预测边坡失稳,可以作为边坡计量管理标准的基础数据,有助于减少边坡灾害造成的生命财产损失。
