Cosmic vacuum is a special kind of physical object with complexity that can be characterized by quantum super-fluidity; it forms Dark energy in Universe. The rationality and correctness of this hypothesis are demonstrated through the analysis in terms of energy basic distribution on the background of cosmic scale and energy scale, quantum vacuum field, the evolution of EBSF state into static quantum’s state (particles or quasiparticle) and so on.
