This study used primary data collected by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was obtained through purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 216 respondents. The statistical method used in this study is SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a test tool.The results of this study indicate that E-Service Quality, Food Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Value have an influence on the Behavioral Intention of Gofood customers in the DKI Jakarta area. 摘要

本研究旨在了解DKI雅加达地区电子服务品质、食物品质、顾客价值满意度对顾客Gofood行为意愿的影响。本研究的设计采用描述性研究和因果关系研究,本研究的每个变量采用5点李克特量表进行测量。本研究采用问卷调查收集的原始数据。本研究的样本采用目的性抽样的方法,被调查者多达216人。本研究使用的统计方法是SmartPLS 3.2.9作为测试工具。本研究结果显示,电子服务品质、食物品质、顾客满意和价值对雅加达DKI地区Gofood顾客的行为意向有影响。同时,食品质量对DKI雅加达地区Gofood顾客满意度没有影响。关键词:电子服务质量,食品质量,顾客满意度,价值,行为意向
