IntheMMBO,apopulationinitializationschemeisdesignedtoenhancethesolutionqualityand convergencespeed.Fivetypesofneighborhoodstructuresare introducedtocreateneighborhood solutions.Furthermore,alocalsearchmethodandaresetmechanismaredevelopedtoimprovethe computationalresults.Finally,experimentalresultsvalidatethattheMMBOiseffectiveandfeasible.
