摘要

目的分析51例眼球摘除的致病菌及预后。方法回顾性分析2000年1月~ 2015年5月51例(51只眼)行眼球摘除手术的病原菌及转归资料。结果眼球萎缩18眼，严重撕裂伤14眼，继发性青光眼9眼，角膜溃疡伴穿孔6眼，眼内炎4眼。结论Ⅰ期植入术除可减少假体外露和结膜囊狭窄外，还可减少再次手术的痛苦和经济压力。关键词:内脏;病原体;结果
