Among which ethyl acetate extracted most of the bioactive compounds efficiently. The compounds like tannins, flavonoids, proteins, terpenoids, coumarins and steroids were extracted at varied concentration remain parallel with their bioactive principles. Test organisms used were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis showed their sensitiveness with the ethyl acetate extract in vitro.
