Al Inabah Ponorogo职业学校是一所由Muhammadiyah主持的学校,而Ma'arif Dolopo职业学校是一所由Nahdlatul Ulama (NU)主持的学校。这两所学校都是根据学校的愿景和使命,在剥夺人力资源、胜任、独立、热爱环境和具有全球视野的基础上发展起来的。本研究的目的是了解穆罕默德迪亚和大学干部在加强伊斯兰教育机构宗教品格和领导能力方面的教育理念,了解穆罕默德迪亚和大学干部在加强伊斯兰教育机构宗教品格和领导能力方面的实施教育。本研究采用个案研究和多地点设计的比较描述性研究方法。使用访谈、观察和文件技术收集数据。而数据分析技术则采用数据还原、数据显示、验证等技术。
