摘要

二氧化碳(CO2)减排目标是大气CO2浓度控制的重要举措。提出了在现有电厂中应用HEN改造和燃料转换的想法,以实现二氧化碳减排。已经提出了结合上述思想的图形化方法,但可能涉及耗时的手动过程。此外,解决方案的质量很大程度上取决于设计师的经验和判断,而图形化方法在设计阶段几乎没有考虑到成本因素,从而可能产生复杂的设计。本文介绍了一种利用燃料转换和HEN改造同时实现现有电厂二氧化碳减排目标的MINLP模型。在提出模型的同时,提出了模型的执行策略。将所提出的模型应用于案例研究,证明了该模型在以最小投资回收期的方式产生目标二氧化碳减排方案的可行性。
