Inflammatory, traumatic diseases and extraction procedures lead to bone deficiency. Physiological regeneration often does not give the desired volume of new bone. Local bone deficiency makes it difficult to perform dental implantation. Means stimulating osteogenesis, different in structure, have different properties. There are various groups of materials for osteoregeneration, these are: autogenous, allogeneic, xenogenic and synthetic materials. Osteoinductive potential, osteoconductive properties and tolerance by the tissues of the receiving bed in groups are expressed differently.
