摘要

介绍了乌克兰IRE - NAS研制的亚太赫兹连续波斜控管的参数。利用优化后的磁聚焦系统实现了输出功率的提高。多级光栅作为斜控管电磁结构的一部分,通过混合表面-体积模式提供反馈,从而降低太赫兹范围内的欧姆损耗。本文对亚太赫兹涡旋加速器强带电子束与混合表面-体积模式相互作用的模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较。

Sub-THz CW clinotron oscillators with increased output power
The parameters of sub-THz CW clinotrons developed in IRE NAS of Ukraine are presented. The output power increase is achieved using optimized magnetic focusing system.
