摘要

由于沥青摊铺机的夯实机理,夯实梁的复合运动产生了对熨斗箱的冲击。这对路面铺装质量有很大影响。本文采用多机械系统仿真软件ADAMS建立了该捣固机构的动力学模型,并基于虚拟样机技术对该机构进行了分析。通过对振动机理的仿真分析,得到振动梁惯性力和转动惯量随振动频率和幅值的影响规律。为摊铺机夯实机构的设计和施工参数的调整提供参考。
