To this end, we first examined the natural way of forming human life activity process system, Shen-Ji’s self-control regulation and Qi-Li’s growth-changing regulation, through accelerationg five flavors of four seasons and Five Elements from the natural spontaneous generation. The core of the mechanism of extending health life through drinking tea was analyzed as the relationship between the bitter taste of tea and the affinity of the heart, which is the theoretical background of the combination of five intestines and five flavors. The bitterness of tea has been found to help extend health life expectancy through balence Shen-Ji which is life activity process system and Qi-Li by controlling the heart function. 摘要
