摘要

白芷是一种中药,具有重要的药用价值和营养价值。为优化白芷总黄酮的提取工艺,提高白芷的药用价值,采用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,并在单因素试验的基础上考察超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比对白芷总黄酮提取率的影响。超声辅助提取工艺可显著提高白芷中黄酮类化合物的提取率,且黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化能力,为白芷有效成分的提取提供了实践依据。

Extraction technology of flavonoids from Angelica dahurica
