The relevance of the study is in connection with the successful achievement of the objectives of individual and collective military training, and specifically the training in Strategic Management, as well as in connection with the successful acquisition of the officer’s profession. The subject of research is the relationship education-pedagogical mastery-strategic management, while the object is a part of the methodological pedagogical approach implemented in the Strategic Management academic subject on the example of the National Military University of Bulgaria. 摘要

战略安全环境的特点是高度的活力和日益增长的不可预测性,显然,社会的每一个成员都需要能够理解战略问题,无论是个人的还是超国家的,并能够作出明智的战略决定,以确保实现某些教育目标- -青少年和老一辈之间的知识转移。这项研究的意义在于个人和集体军事训练目标的成功实现,特别是战略管理方面的训练,以及军官职业的成功获得。研究的主题是教育-教学掌握-战略管理的关系,研究的对象是在保加利亚国立军事大学战略管理学科中实施的方法论教学法的一部分。在这方面,本文提出了一些较好的教学实践和经验的展示和示范。
