摘要

本研究的目的是检验绿色生活方式作为变量调节因子对GRHM和工作绩效的影响。一些公司的员工在工作环境中很少应用绿色生活方式。并不是所有的公司都对绿色生活方式的应用有严格的规定,而绿色生活方式和GRHM也会对员工的工作绩效产生影响。本研究采用定量方法和回归方法。本研究的样本是年龄在18-40岁之间的员工。研究对象是处于生产年龄的人。数据分析采用SPSS软件进行回归分析。结果表明,绿色生活方式对工作绩效的GRHM没有直接影响。绿色生活方式对工作绩效有影响,而GRHM对绿色生活方式和工作绩效有显著影响。
