Persimmon peel has lower ratio of crude protein and fat composition while higher ratio of crude fiber composition compared to a basal laying hen feed. Feeding the persimmon peel by adding to the feed at the level of 2% or 5% did not affect the egg-laying rate from beginning to the peak of laying. In addition, feeding the persimmon peel did not affect the egg quality either, as the pH, Haugh unit, yolk color and shell thickness of the egg were not different from each other. The composition of amino acids and fatty acids were also almost same for each other, except for the linolenic acid which was slightly higher in the persimmon peel feeding groups. In conclusion, addition of persimmon peel to the feed up to 5% might be helpful to increase the income and reduce the waste produced from the agricultural byproduct. 摘要

每年秋天都会产生大量的柿皮,这是新鲜柿子制成柿干后产生的副产品。柿皮干物质碳水化合物含量达80%以上,可作为饲料的优良原料。在本研究中,我们对柿皮作为母鸡下蛋的饲料资源进行了评价。与基础蛋鸡饲料相比,柿皮的粗蛋白质和脂肪组成比较低,粗纤维组成比较高。在饲料中添加2%或5%的柿皮饲喂,从产蛋开始到产蛋高峰期对产蛋率没有影响。另外,饲喂柿皮对鸡蛋的pH、哈氏单位、蛋黄颜色和蛋壳厚度也没有影响。除亚麻酸含量在柿皮饲喂组略高外,氨基酸和脂肪酸的组成也基本相同。综上所述,在饲料中添加5%的柿皮有利于提高饲料收入,减少农副产物的浪费。(
