The present availability of access to clean water is not evenly distributed. Clean water pipelines play an important role to support the fulfillment of the demand for clean water by the community. Clean water pipelines in DKI Jakarta are accommodated by PT Aetra Air Jakarta (AETRA) and PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (PALYJA). Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) is a method used to minimize costs incurred by optimizing distance. The MST method is used to optimize the length of clean water pipelines in DKI Jakarta in order to minimize the total cost. The results of data processing after using the MST method obtained the minimum length of clean water pipelines for PT Aetra Air Jakarta and PT PAM Lyonaisse Jaya thereby reducing the total costs incurred.
