摘要

本研究以粗甘油为唯一碳源,生物柴油为萃取剂,研究了巴氏梭菌SE-5以酯交换反应溶液(TRS)直接产丁醇的能力。生物柴油:水相体积比(BAPVR)对丁醇产量有显著影响。当BAPVR调节为1:1时,输出89.1 g粗甘油/L,产生24.6 g丁醇/L,其中50%以上的丁醇被提取到生物柴油中。结果表明,巴氏杆菌SE-5在发酵萃取耦合体系下可直接从TRS中提取丁醇。
