摘要
材料与方法:本横断面研究于2016年对戈列斯坦医科大学367名医院工作人员进行了为期9个月的研究。采用标准情境动机量表(SIMS)和Lawrence Lindal动机优先级,通过分层抽样和简单随机抽样的方法对被试进行选择。使用SPSS version 20进行数据分析,采用描述性统计和分析性统计。
