The characteristics of space charge injection and accumulation under DC voltage are important factors of dielectric breakdown. Based on the bipolar charge transport model, this paper used finite element simulation software to simulate the dynamic evolution process of space charge and electric field distortion characteristics with the increase of voltage boosting time.
