摘要

背景:考虑到耐药性病例的上升,自我药疗是一个全球层面的公共卫生问题。在印度,没有发表过关于私人保健机构雇用的非医务工作者的自我药疗负担的研究。因此,本研究的目的是:(1)了解某民营医疗机构非医务人员自我药疗的发病情况,并找出自我药疗的优先条件;(2)了解某民营医疗机构非医务人员获得自我药疗药物的途径。材料与方法:采用基于访谈的描述性横断面研究,对芒格洛尔市一家著名私立卫生保健机构的非医务工作者进行了调查。对非医务工作者进行了以下评估:(1)最近一年的发病率(健康状况)状况;(2)自我药疗的优先健康状况;(3)自我药疗药物的获取途径。采用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行分析。结果在适当的表格中以频率和比例表示。结果:共有320名非医务工作者参与了本研究。超过一半(53.8%)的受访者年龄在25岁至25岁之间。关键词:非医务工作者;自我药疗;发病率;
