摘要

在哺乳动物线粒体中,在被抑制的呼吸链中添加维生素K3可以克服皮利西丁A的呼吸抑制作用,而在昆虫线粒体中则不能。维生素K3在体内对大鼠的呼吸、血压和心率有明显的拮抗作用。此外,与维生素K3混合经腹腔给药后,吡嘧菌素A对小鼠和大鼠的毒性降低。维生素K3对piicidin A对美洲蜚蠊神经索、股骨和消化器官TTC反应的抑制作用无拮抗作用。对部分昆虫的毒力不受维生素K3的影响。
