From an environmental perspective, physical development that does not pay attention to the environment may make air temperature rise and create inconvenience to human. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tendency in the built/physical environmental aspects that have the possibility of influencing the microclimate in the urban center, regarding the trade area in Pontianak City. Built environmental aspects such as building density, building height, materials, etc. are described and then simulated towards the existing climate elements such as temperature, humidity, solar radiation, cloud cover, and others. The simulations used three-dimensional software ENVI_MET version 4. From findings, it can be seen that the built environment characteristics can affect the microclimate condition. 摘要
与经济增长同步,pontiak市继续发展其物理发展。从环境的角度来看,不重视环境的物理发展可能会使气温上升,给人类带来不便。本研究的目的是评估有可能影响庞甸纳市贸易区城市中心小气候的建筑/物理环境方面的趋势。建筑环境方面,如建筑密度,建筑高度,材料等进行描述,然后对现有的气候要素,如温度,湿度,太阳辐射,云量等进行模拟。模拟使用三维软件ENVI_MET version 4。从研究结果可以看出,建筑环境特征会影响小气候条件。从模拟结果来看,主要的温差可能发生在诸如密度、尺寸、位置、材料和植被封闭等建筑环境条件下。
