Results: The existence of a legal framework is of paramount importance for maintaining the free movement of workers within the European Union, so that their workers can settle in another State and exercise their craft in a dignified manner, with the right covered by labor and social security legislation, under penalty of violation of the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of Europe. Contributions: The demonstration of the importance of worker migration within the European Community, with respect to the guarantee of fundamental freedoms and non-discrimination.
