摘要

不断提高软件质量,是贯穿软件生命周期的一项重要工作,是软件项目成功实施和完成的可靠保证。针对软件质量管理过程中存在的问题,用控制图进行了研究。在研究控制图理论的基础上,给出了控制图的应用实例。控制图理论的研究包括控制图的结构、“3c”正态分布原理、控制极限、控制线的计算和控制点的确定规则等。控制图应用实例根据应用过程,包括计算控制界限,绘制控制图,结果分析。使用控制图的难点在于结果分析和控制,使用过程中需要遵循“发现不同原因,采取措施,不再出现,纳入标准”的原则。结果表明,控制图为质量控制提供了科学的管理方法和技术支持,是实现软件质量控制目标的有效途径和手段。
