The organizational justice and workplace bulling both has reciprocal impact on each other. The organizational justice has more prominent impact on workplace bulling as compare the impact of workplace bulling on the organizational justice. The study provides significant information about the relationships among research variables which further help in reaching the conclusion of the study.
