摘要

目的探讨陕北地区干眼病(DED)的危险因素。方法采用logistic回归分析147例DED患者和162例非DED患者的病例对照研究资料。结果单因素分析显示，长期户外、长期视频、地方行政、眼病史和饮酒史在DED患者中的构成比高于对照组(P <0.05)， logistic回归分析显示，长期户外、长期视频、地方行政、眼病史的构成比是DED的独立危险因素。结论长期户外、长期录像、地方管理、眼病史是陕北地区发生DED的危险因素。关键词:干眼症;风险因素;位于陕西省北部
