The data is obtained from 225 Gen Y employees from PT Pamapersada Nusantara. The responden ware chosen by Proportionate Stratified Sampling Technique. Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Pengembangan Karyawan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Retensi Karyawan Generasi Y di PT Pamapersada Nusantara
