Influence of solvent size on the diffusion process for polymer-solvent systems
Literature data analysis in the framework of the free-volume theory of diffusion shows that the size of a jumping unit of a solvent which is undergoing segmentwise diffusion in a polymer is strongly dependent on the characteristics of the polymer matrix.
