摘要

本研究的目的是研究从蔬菜废物中提取的液体有机肥对小球藻的影响。研究在北干巴鲁廖内伊斯兰大学农业学院微藻与鱼类营养实验室进行了为期20天的研究。研究设计采用完全随机设计(CRD), 4个处理,3个重复,P1 =菠菜,P2 =卷心菜,P3 = katuk蔬菜(雌雄同体Sauropus), P =芥菜。每处理施用2cc /l的液体有机肥。结果表明,芥菜处理的小球藻sp细胞丰度最高,为11,183,333个细胞/ml,在第14天达到峰值,而蔬菜废弃物处理的小球藻sp细胞丰度最低,为6,166,667个细胞/ml。生物量最高的是P4(芥菜绿废)0.41 g/L,最低的是P3(芥菜绿废)0.16 g/L。
