摘要

本文报道了以氨离子载体I(非肌动蛋白)和硝酸离子载体VI为原料,在洁净室中光刻制备固体离子选择性膜电极铵和硝。所研制的探针可与多用途电化学装置配合使用,以电位法监测铵、硝离子的浓度。研究结果表明,S-ISM能高选择性地测定铵硝离子;在研究环境下,它也很稳定,OCP信号几乎没有随时间变化,NH4+和NO3-的低检测限(LOD)分别为2.0 ppm和2.5 ppm。
