The main content includes static test and dynamic comparison. Eight wind profilers which were manufactured by China were tested. Among these, five boundary layer profilers which operate on different frequencies observed simultaneously, and three troposphere profilers which operate on the same frequency(445MHz)observed by turns. Here the technical characteristics of these wind profilers were summarized and the detecting performance (availability, accuracy) was analyzed and evaluated.
