摘要

本文试图以中国这个处于工业化和减排过程中的新兴经济体为例,测算其碳排放效率及其影响因素,为发展中国家发展绿色经济提供参考。本文在碳排放测度的基础上,首先分析了碳排放效率的几个指标:CEP、ML指数和TGR。然后采用Tobit模型对这些指标的影响因素进行分析。最后,提出了提高碳排放效率的建议。

Measurement of China’s Carbon Emissions Efficiency and the Study of Its Influencing Factors
