Analyzed the principle of current hysteresis controller reducing non-commutation phase current which made BLDCM system become more hysteretic, the precise model of BLDCM is difficult to obtain. The fuzzy-PID control based on current hysteresis controller was proposed to diminish torque ripple and overcome the shortcomings of BLDCM system. The model of BLDCM control system with fuzzy-PID control was established and simulated. Compared with current hysteresis controller results, the torque ripple reduced from 160% to 35%.
