摘要

以3,4-二甲氧基-2 ' -羟基查尔酮为原料,在碱性条件下合成了3 ',4 ' -二甲氧基黄酮醇。利用高效液相色谱和紫外、红外、核磁共振、质谱等光谱数据对化合物的结构进行了表征。DPPH法测定了黄酮醇的抗氧化活性,MTS法测定了黄酮醇的抗癌活性,结果表明,3′,4′-二甲氧基黄酮醇具有抗氧化活性,但抗癌活性较弱。
