摘要

目的提高多发性内分泌瘤(MEN)的诊断率。方法对68例男性男性患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。并对其诊断、临床特点及治疗原则进行了讨论。结果(1)男性-Ⅰ22.05%，男性-Ⅱ36.86%，男性-Ⅲ8.82%，男性-Ⅰ\，Ⅱ33.72%。(2)女性病例数多于男性，比男性早10岁。(3)受影响的内分泌系统依次为甲状腺、肾上腺髓质、甲状旁腺、胰岛。结论:可疑病例应同时检查多种内分泌疾病。
