摘要

以应用为中心、以市场为导向、以能力为前提的应用型人才培养模式,在民办高等学校以嵌入式模式、定制订制模式、产教融合模式等多种形式出现。然而,目标导向上的盲目模仿、课程体系的理论化、师资构成的同质化、人才评价的正规化等问题的存在,阻碍了应用型人才培养模式实现民办高等教育与产业的有效联动;只有通过各方面的合作,不断创新,才能充分发挥民办高校应用型人才培养模式的重要作用。
