摘要本研究旨在探讨教学能力与专业能力对素质教育之影响。本研究为相关定量研究。本文采用问卷调查作为工具。结果表明,教学能力和专业能力共同影响教育质量。本文建议学校应更多地关注教学能力和专业能力,以实现良好的素质教育。

Pedagogical and professional competences policies in improving education
