摘要

臭氧污染控制已成为现阶段乃至“十四五”期间大气污染控制的重点,因此准确测量臭氧浓度变得越来越重要。本文基于紫外光度法测量臭氧浓度的原理,臭氧对波长为254 nm的紫外光具有特性吸收,根据朗伯特-比尔定律,通过检测紫外光强度的变化可以得到臭氧浓度。同时提出了双光电池、双探测器的新设计,单源无波动,交替采样响应时间快,内置臭氧发生器实现多点校准,按照“HJ654-2013”标准进行了测试,测试结果远远优于标准要求。
