Riyanto","doi":"10.22158/jepf.v8n1p51","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development, Transformational Leadership, and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Job Satisfaction and its implications for Organizational Commitment on SSDM INP’s. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the number of samples 196 members of SSDM INP’s. Data sources are obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data, and the research uses Path Analysis.
