本文以宜东选煤厂洗煤废水为研究对象。随着待洗原料的变化,其现有的处理工艺效果并不理想。对PAC用量、PAM用量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间4个因素进行多因素响应面分析,得出PAC用量30.52 mg/L、PAM用量20.75 mg/L、搅拌速度407 r/min、搅拌时间82.5 s为最佳用量及操作参数。通过现场工业试验,验证了无压过滤技术的应用效果和合理性。
